What I love about it most though is the tradition that was born through my absence that my husband and boys have started, and that's "Pancake Sunday!"
Usually Pancake Sunday is over by the time I get home (boooooo) but I know they enjoy this time together and it's even more special because my husband cooks up shapes for them.
The latest one was pretty elaborate and specific (and creative!) so I thought I'd play a little game here of Guess the Pancake Shape!
