Workout Wednesday: Shrinkvivor

Shrinkvivor Challenge at the Sisterhood!Just a short report on this weigh-in day and the current Shrinkvivor challenge over at The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans. (Don't think I forgot about you, Shrinkvivor! Oh no I didn't!)

Of course I know it's weigh-in day! I went through the whole ritual of it this morning and I am another .5 down. That's not "5" pounds. That's point-5 pounds.

Yes just a meager 1/2 a pound but I'm ok with it. Scale's going in the right direction, anyway, right? Weight today: 130.5. Unfortunately, I have very little to report about the past week that wasn't covered in my Mantra Monday (in which I had a nice little much-needed training breakthrough.)

As far as eating? Well, that's better, but it could be even better. The water-drinking has been fantastic though, don't be afraid to hydrate! That's what I always say.

A half a pound is a half a pound. WOOT!!! I'm so proud of you because I know how hard it is to lose when you're in a serious training program, girl. It's HARD. You're doing an amazing job!
