This is a collection of my very favorite recipes in the whole entire world from my cookbooks to little nooks and crannies on the web. They're tried and tested and approved by everyone in my world!
Brunch Favorites
- Sausage and Cheese Frittata Low-fat and yummy, great to make ahead. Can also make in individual muffin cups ahead of time and pop them in the fridge for the week. (from my post at the Sisterhood)
- Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry (from Food Network) My first foray into puff pastry and it was AMAZING!! (Not low-fat. Sorry.)

Muffins and Other Baked Yummies
- Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins, low-fat and great for snacks, toddlers and on the go!
- My favorite cut-out cookie recipe (used to make dalmations for a Firefighter party)
- Low-fat Pumpkin Oatmeal Pumpkin Spice Muffins (See also "Holiday Favorites")
- Fudge Pie (Not Low-Fat, sorry!) The easiest pie EVER and so decadent, you might die from deliciousness.
- Light Pumpkin Chip Muffins So amazing, I almost died of deliciousness and yes, low-fat!
- The Best Cinnamon Rolls EVER (see also Bruch Faves) by Giada (Not low-fat, sorry!) *Note: I didn't use any nuts at all in these, still yummy.

- Crock Pot Chicken Stroganoff - AMAZING! (From Lisa at the Sisterhood)
- Slow Cooker Chicken Sausage Paella - AMAZING!!
- Penne with Chicken Sausage and Feta
- Low-fat Penne Ala Vodka (perfect pre-race pasta meal)
- Brie Pasta I've brought this as a dish, had it for a pre-race meal, everyone loves this. And it's so simple! FYI: I use angel hair instead of bowties.
- Maggie's Chicken Piccata My dear bloggy friend, Maggie, has the best chicken piccata EVER. It's decadent.
- Easy Chicken Curry This was, like the title, easy and it's totally low-fat and goes great with brown rice on the side.
- Fresh Mozzerella Margherita Pizza with Homemade Sauce one of my specialties

Holiday Favorites
- Low-fat Oatmeal Pumpkin Spice Muffins (Fall)
- Coffin Sandwiches (Halloween) FYI: All I did was cut the sandwiches out like the picture, I made my own filling (tuna and chicken salad.)
- Creepy Mummy Dogs Recipe (Halloween-not low-fat, sorry!) WE ALL LOVED THESE SO.MUCH.!!!
- Pumpkin Gooey (Thanksgiving, Fall) NOT low-fat at all but a HUGE favorite.
- Gingerbread Cake (Fall, Winter) Not low-fat. I made these cakes in tiny loaf pans, wrapped them in holiday cellophane and gave them out at Christmastime. They were delicious!
- Shortbread Cookies I rolled these out and cut them into tiny snowflake shapes at Christmas. I also made them in drops and drizzed dark chocolate over them and they were AMAZING. I got "Ooohs and Aaahs" from this one.
- Light Pumpkin Chip Muffins Fall (also listed under "Muffins") Delicious recipe!!!
- Ice Cream Pumpkin Pies Fall UNBELIEVEABLE! Originally published by National Geographic kids. I used the mini pie shells and gave each kid their own little pie. Yum! Also, I topped with whipped cream. Shhhhh.
